"Right Track" Intro Day

Green Hills AEA is excited to offer a NEW format and NEW program content to Mentors and Beginning Educators! The Right Track will replace the former Journey to Excellence program.The Right Track is designed to provide beginning educators with instructional tools and strategies they can take back to the classroom.
Ideas and information will be shared collaboratively among new and veteran teachers. Opportunities to reflect and learn will be embedded into each workshop and session. New teachers will not simply study the Iowa Teaching Standards, they will learn practical and effective ways to implement them. Mentors will receive ongoing training to develop a learning-focused relationship with their Mentee that results in improved skills and positively impacts student achievement.
